Responsibilities:

OPEX, CAPEX and People Cost Controlling

Act as a Business Partner to drive effective OPEX, CAPEX and people cost controlling.

Oversee OPEX and people cost by coordinating with other business functions.

Support other business functions in OPEX and people cost planning and provide financial recommendation.

Liaise with other business functions to monitor OPEX and provide insights into variances via regular dialogues.

Drive to achieve transparency and insight in area of people cost.

Provide decision support and financial simulations for the business functions.

Drive insightful reporting and analysis related to OPEX, Capex and people costs.

Ensure understanding of other business functions regarding OPEX, and people cost control.

Corporate KPI

Support Corporate KPI team for solid corporate KPI reporting process and ensure alignment of corporate KPI definition and calculation methods across Company.

Ensure value-added analysis of operational performance and corporate key drivers such as cost variance, resource utilization, productivity, and quality.

Budgeting and Forecasting

Oversee the budgeting and forecasting data collection for OPEX, capex and people cost, feedback, and revision with the business functions to support FP&A’s budget planning and forecasting process.

Others

Drive and support strategic reporting and analysis improvement together with the PPT management, Plant Controlling, and FP&A teams to better suit PPT business directions & requirements

Ensure coordination with business functions to obtain data for to support FP&A in managerial and Group reporting

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree or above in Finance, Business Finance, Accounting or related

Minimum 5-10 years of working experience in operations or business controlling

Minimum 3-5 years of management experience

Good communications skills in English

Business and commercial understanding with global financial perspective

Proficient analytical thinking and ability to develop insightful reports and analysis

Strategic agility and management skills

Strong leadership and people management skills
