Act as a Project Manager for each transaction and assist Team Lead in executing financial advisory deals, especially IPOs; -Coordinate with Corporate/Commercial Banking’s RMs for client-related matters.
Coordinate with external parties (legal advisors, accounting advisors, tax advisors) for transaction-related matters.
Provide analytical support to Team Lead in the forms of financial modeling and other quantitative and qualitative analyses (e.g., comparable company analysis, SWOT analysis, industry analysis, etc.).
Prepare all necessary important documentation (agreement with clients, roadshow materials, filing to SEC/SET).
Develop and expand knowledge on SEC/SET regulations and transaction-related policies, as well as develop product specialty skills.
Gather and analyze credit related data for create plan to solve the company Non-performing loan problem to meet with company’s standard.
Review/draft credit application on structuring and financial analysis.
Master degree in business, accounting, finance or other quantitative disciplines (i.e., engineering, economics, mathematics, statistics, etc.).
An professional certification (e.g., FA, CFA, CPA, etc.) is helpful but not required.
3-7 years experience in a related field, e.g., corporate finance, investment banking, investment research, treasury, etc.
Demonstrated quantitative skills (especially in financial modeling) and proven ability in financial statement analysis. -Excellent command of written and spoken English.
