Digital Marketing Manager (Thailand)
We are looking for a Marketing Manager to develop, implement, track and optimize our marketing campaigns across all channels.
Localise the digital marketing strategy
Develop and Deliver required content across marketing campaigns across digital and mobile, including . PR
Brief, manage and supervise all agency work, e.g. PR, Advertising, etc.
Develop editorial calendar, ensure deadlines are met
Plan and execute all web, SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, display and mobile advertising campaigns
Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs)
Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on the insights
Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies
Plan, execute, and measure experiments and conversion tests
Collaborate with internal teams to create landing pages and optimize user experience
Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to- end customer experience across multiple channels (including our App) and customer touch points
Instrument conversion points and optimize user funnels
Work with, and manage, agencies, marketing partners and other vendor partner organisations
Edit, proofread and improve content
Optimise content considering SEO and Google Analytics
Analyse web traffic metrics
Receive customer feedback and generate ideas to increase customer engagement
Evaluate emerging technologies. Provide thought leadership and perspective for adoption where appropriate
Proven work experience as a marketing manager, leading and managing marketing database, email and social media campaigns
Proficiency in MS Office and WordPress or other Content Management Software
Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform and motivate
Experience in optimising landing pages and user funnels
Experience with A/B and multivariate experiments
Solid knowledge of website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, NetInsight, Omniture, WebTrends)
Working knowledge of ad serving tools (e.g., DART, Atlas)
Experience in setting up and optimising Google Adwords campaigns
Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking
Up-to- date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement
Understanding of web publishing requirements
Editorial mind-set with an ability to predict audience preferences
Project management skills and attention to detail
Excellent communication and writing skills in Thai and English.
Must be resident in Thailand or the right to work in Thailand
