Reports to: Head of School (or Administration Manager once appointed)

External: Parents, community
Amiable and outgoing personality. Able to communicate respectfully and politely while developing relations.
Exhibits excellent people skills and an ability to remain calm under pressure. Good customer service skills.
Maintains strict confidentiality in dealing with all matters.
Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
Holds at least a Bachelor’s degree.
Proficient in written and spoken English (800+ TOEIC)
Skills in Microsoft for data entry of student and financial information.
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
Works as a cashier collecting money from parents and preparing receipts.
Sends invoices to the parents for outstanding balances and upcoming payment schedules.
Reports payment information (received and forecasted) to Finance.
Liaises with parents to develop relationships and facilitate the flow of information between RASBK and the parents.
Liaises with teachers to link information from the front office and the teachers.
Maintain channels of communication to the public, e.g. Facebook, Line.
Respond to enquiries about RASBK via phone, Line, Facebook, email, or in person.
Report any unresolved problems or issues to RASBK Administration.
Ensure student records are up to date and complete. Contact parents for missing information.
